Sally ChiversSally Chivers stepped into the role of Chief Executive, from her previous role as Chair of Trustees, to lead and support the highly skilled Executive Leadership team in August 2019.
She has a deep understanding of Livability’s context and history and the skills necessary to respect the legacies of John Groom and Lord Shaftesbury in meeting modern-day challenges.
She has a wealth of experience as a strategic change and business improvement manager in the public and not for profit sectors.
Sally has previously served as a Non-Executive Director for a Primary Care Trust in the East Midlands, and has been an employee of Her Majesty’s Inspectorate where she assessed Operations Management, Leadership and Diversity and Equality within the Criminal Justice arena.
Executive Director of People and Change
Wande ShowunmiWande joined Livability in March 2019 as Executive Director of People and Change. Wande gained a post graduate degree in personnel management at Middlesex University, she worked as HR advisor role with Wandsworth homes for a couple of years. Since then she has led an impressive career in human resources and people and change at a number of non-profit organisations, including Head of HR with Odyssey Care Solutions for today ( now Brandon Trust), Homes for Haringey and a dedicated role as HR Director at the National Autistic Society for 8 years. She is currently responsible for developing and executing the people strategy, culture transformation and change at Livability. Wande is a practising Christian.
Executive Director of Operations
