Help disabled people by taking part in the 2012 London 10K Run or London Virgin Marathon

Seeking a challenge for 2012? Why not improve your level of fitness and help some of the most vulnerable people in the UK at the same time?

By taking part you would be able to help national disability charity Livability raise much-needed funds to support disabled people by taking part in the 2012 ASICS British 10K London Run or/and the London Virgin Marathon on the charity’s behalf.

 width=The ASICS British 10K London Run takes place on 8th July 2012. It attracts around 25,000 runners from all over the world, including current Olympic and World Champions, and even runners and fitness enthusiasts.  The race takes place in central London and goes past many of the capitals famous landmarks.

The 2012 Virgin London Marathon is on 22 April 2012.  Also taking place in central London, the marathon is one of the largest annual fundraising events in the world. Runners have raised over £500 million for good causes since the race began in 1981.
